Hello!
The Christ the King Catholic School PTO and the Jingle Mingle Mart committee invite you to submit an application to participate in the 15th Annual Jingle Mingle Mart. This unique shopping extravaganza attracts hundreds of shoppers and will be held on Friday, November 19th, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Christ the King School, located at 3101 Bayard Park Drive on Evansville’s Eastside. The JMM is the perfect kick off to the holiday season for both vendors and shoppers!

The Jingle Mingle Mart is a juried event. A jury from Christ the King’s JMM committee will review applications and make it’s selections. In order to be considered, each application must be accompanied by (3) photos of representative merchandise to assist the jury in the selection process of the potential vendors. Selections will be based upon originality, quality and type of products.

Although we anticipate applications from past vendors, we are constantly seeking new applications to provide our shoppers with the highest quality of merchandise without duplicating goods and presentation. Vendors will be charged a flat fee (listed on application) and are asked to donate an item for the Jingle Mingle Mart silent auction. You will receive an acknowledgement for tax purposes, if requested, for any merchandise donated to the auction. You will not be asked for a percentage of sales.

Our committee works very hard to ensure vendors have a successful night of sales. The Jingle Mingle Mart is marketed directly to area Catholic schools and parishes, on social media and has been featured in Evansville Living magazine, Evansville Courier & Press and on local television and radio stations. Additionally, vendors will be featured on our Facebook page liked by over 2400 people. New within the last 3 years, the Jingle Mingle Mart developed its very own professional website. Among other things, our website will allow shoppers to buy tickets online, browse our vendor list, and check out our supporters. Vendors will be able to apply online as well. Check back often for vendor and sponsor as well as silent auction updates.

All proceeds from the JMM benefit Christ the King School’s PTO. The PTO is responsible for funding many of Christ the King’s school activities and educational resources. A portion of the money raised from JMM 2019 was used for playground updates and student laptops!

If you would like to be considered, return the attached application by October 1st, 2021. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT AT THIS TIME. You will be notified if you have been selected to participate, followed by an email with a secure link for online vendor payment. If you prefer to pay by check, you will be given the address to send payment to at that time. NO refunds will be given for cancellations after October 1st, 2021. Any applications received after October 1st, 2021 will be charged a late entry fee of $50.

    What Size Space Are You Requesting?

    Please note: Our vendor spots consist of standard sized cafeteria tables (8 ft long) that we provided free of extra charge. The tables may be set up as a single table horizontally or vertically “_” or “|”, 2 tables horizontally “_ _” or “|_” , or 3 tables as a “|_|” shape. YOU MAY CREATE YOUR OWN SPACE ONLY IF APPROVED BY JMM COMMITTEE. The vendor layout will be finalized depending on the number of vendors we accept and the number of tables requested by each. If you have a preference of layout, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate, but please know we may not be able to accommodate all requests. The final layout will be subject to the discretion of the JMM committee.

    **If you do not need additional tables, but do need additional booth space for your own display racks or items, you will still be charged the additional table fee for your booth space. Storing extra merchandise under the tables is acceptable, but please do not plan on using floor space around your tables until you confirm the layout / location of your booth. Please understand it is frustrating to fellow vendors when display racks and items from neighboring tables are blocking their merchandise.
