The Christ the King Catholic School PTO and the Jingle Mingle Mart committee invite you to submit an application to participate in the 13th Annual Jingle Mingle Mart. This unique shopping extravaganza attracts hundreds of shoppers and will be held on Friday, November 16th, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Christ the King School, located at 3101 Bayard Park Drive on Evansville’s Eastside. The JMM is the perfect kick off to the holiday season for both vendors and shoppers!
The Jingle Mingle Mart is a juried event. A jury from Christ the King’s JMM committee will review applications and make its selections. In order to be considered, each application must be accompanied by (3) photos of representative merchandise to assist the jury in the selection process of the potential vendors. Selections will be based upon originality, quality and type of products.
Although we anticipate applications from past vendors, we are constantly seeking new applications to provide our shoppers with the highest quality of merchandise without duplicating goods and presentation. Vendors will be charged a flat fee (listed on application) and are asked to donate an item for the Jingle Mingle Mart silent auction. You will receive an acknowledgement for tax purposes, if requested, for any merchandise donated to the auction. You will not be asked for a percentage of sales.
Our committee works very hard to ensure vendors have a successful night of sales. The Jingle Mingle Mart is marketed directly to area Catholic schools and parishes, on social media and has been featured in Evansville Living magazine, Evansville Courier & Press and on local television and radio stations. Additionally, vendors will be featured on our Facebook page liked by over 1200 people. New last year, the Jingle Mingle Mart developed it’s very own professional website. Among other things, our website will allow shoppers to buy tickets online, browse our vendor list, and check out our supporters. Vendors will be able to apply online as well. Check back often for vendor and sponsor as well as silent auction updates.
All proceeds from the JMM benefit Christ the King School’s PTO. The PTO is responsible for funding many of Christ the King’s school activities and educational resources. A portion of the money raised from JMM 2017 was used for playground updates and a new outdoor classroom!
If you would like to be considered, return the attached application by August 1st, 2018. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT AT THIS TIME. You will be notified if you have been selected to participate, followed by an email with a secure link for online vendor payment. If you prefer to pay by check, you will be given the address to send payment to at that time. NO refunds will be given for cancellations after October 1st, 2018. Any applications received after September 1st, 2018 will be charged a late entry fee of $50.
